About this notice
This notice explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Sand Terrace website. The website is operated by Asiaround Co., Ltd. (company registration number 0845564007533), whose registered office is at Naiwok Hills, 151/10 Moo 1, Koh Phangan, Surat Thani 84280, Thailand. Our privacy policy explains the handling of personal information and your rights.
What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. They can remember preferences, support a requested service or help measure website use. Similar technologies include browser storage and identifiers used by online services. Some information, such as an IP address and the page requested, is also transmitted when your browser connects to a server, even if no cookie is set.
Necessary functions and consent preferences
Cloudflare Zaraz manages cookie preferences and records your choices. Storage needed to remember those choices and operate essential website functions is treated as necessary. Necessary storage is not used as permission for optional analytics or advertising measurement.
Analytics
Google Analytics is used to measure website use, including pages viewed, visits and traffic sources. This may involve browser identifiers, information about your device and browser, and interactions with the website.
Cloudflare Zaraz provides the cookie-preference controls. The Google tag uses Consent Mode and loads through our own domain using Google tag gateway. Analytics cookies require your Analytics consent; Google may receive cookieless measurement signals when consent is denied.
Advertising and campaign measurement
Google Ads is used to measure campaign performance and attribute visits and conversions to advertising.
Google advertising features and cookie handling depend on the Google and Cloudflare Zaraz service settings.
External services
Booking links open the Beds24 reservation service. Guest-service forms are supplied by Jotform and load when you open the relevant form. Payment services, maps, messaging, social-media and food-delivery links lead to external providers. Email and WhatsApp guest communications are also managed using UChat, as described in our privacy policy. The contact launcher itself is loaded from this website.
Loading an externally hosted service can disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to its provider. That service may use its own cookies or storage and present its own consent choices. Choices made on this website do not automatically set preferences on other websites. Please consult the relevant provider's notice when using a booking, payment or other external service.
Managing your choices
You may accept or reject optional measurement, choose categories in the consent panel, and revisit your decision using Cookie settings. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent access to the main website or its booking links.
You can revisit your cookie preferences using Cookie settings. Changing your choices does not undo processing already carried out.
You can also inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting preference storage may cause the consent panel to ask again. Blocking necessary storage can affect the operation of a requested service. Settings apply to the browser and device on which you make them.
Cookie lifetimes and data retention
Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until deleted; some services renew their expiry when you return. Cookie expiry is separate from the period for which a provider retains information already received.
The cookies used and their duration depend on the services activated and their configuration. Provider-default settings are currently used; a default setting does not imply that all cookies or records expire after the same period. Your browser's site-data controls provide information about stored cookies.
Provider information
Further information is available in the privacy information supplied by Cloudflare Zaraz, Google, Beds24 and Jotform.
