We have a total of 9 bungalows on Sand Terrace.

Beach studio > Slightly larger than the bungalows, these studios feature a king-size bed and provide a calm, elegant space for couples to unwind.

You can check availability and prices here We require a 20% reservation deposit, and the balance can be paid upon check-in. We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash at reception.

Regardless of the payment method, a valid debit/credit card is required as a guarantee, and Sand Terrace reserves the right to authorize it.

Yes, all utilities are included , we don’t charge any additional fees for Wi-Fi, gas, water, or electricity.

We offer daily complimentary housekeeping (on request), which includes changing all towels; bed linens are changed every 4 days.
We don’t offer breakfast at the property and don’t include it in our prices. However, if you are hungry, you’ll find plenty of options nearby.

CHECK.IN

The check in starts at 14:00 and our staff is usually available until 18:00. If you are planning to arrive earlier or later, do let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 

We can’t guarantee availability before 14:00, however if the previous guests left early we may be able to let you in free of charge before 14:00. Should you need to, we also offer free luggage storage while you wait. 

For a faster and smoother check-in, please inform us in advance about your arrival details.

Our reception opens every day from 8:00h to 18:00h. If you are coming to Koh Phangan in the evening, or your boat is delayed, we are happy to welcome you. Make sure you inform us in advance about your arrival details.

We don’t accept check-ins after 21:00h, or after the last boat arrives.

Our reception opens every day from 8:00h to 18:00h but we are available for guests’ emergencies 24/7. If you want to visit the resort before making a reservation, we suggest making an appointment.

We offer a transfer service from the pier for 200 THB, which can be easily arranged by sending us a message. If you are coming from somewhere else on the island, we can arrange a taxi for you.

If you come with your own vehicle, you can easily find us on Google Maps.

Cancellations are permitted up to 14 days before check-in without any additional charges, except for any deposit that has been paid, which is not refundable. 

No-shows will be considered cancellations. If your plans have changed, and you won’t be able to check in on the date you booked, let us know in advance. If you don’t contact us and fail to show up at check-in, the reservation will be cancelled.

Modifications such as the arrival or departure dates, length of the reservation, number of guests, or villa type are only permitted up to 14 days before check-in and are subject to availability. Modifications may result in a rate change.

CHECK.OUT

Our standard check-out time is between 8:00h and 12:00h.

If you are planning to leave earlier, please make sure you let us know in advance. On the previous day, you will need to clear your balance (if any) and we will quickly inspect your unit.

Late check-out is subject to availability, and can only be confirmed the previous day. The check-out fees are:

Between 12:00h and 15:00h – 25% of the nightly rate

Between 15:00h and 18:00h – 50% of the nightly rate

From 18:00h onwards – 100% of the nightly rate

We offer a transfer to the pier for 200 THB that can be requested by sending us a message ahead of time. If you need to go somewhere else, we can also arrange a taxi for you.

Absolutely; even though it is required to leave the villa before noon, you can keep using the resort facilities for the rest of the day, and we will store your luggage free of charge.

If you forgot something at the resort, let us know as soon as possible. We can’t accept any responsibility for missing personal belongings but will do our best to try to find them. You will only be asked to cover the shipping cost to get the item back to you.

FAMILIES

The maximum capacity of all of our units is 2 adults.

We consider children all guests up to and including 12 years old, and they can stay for free on existing bedding. The maximum capacity is 1 child per unit.

We can’t provide extra beds, nor separate beds, so it is important to consider the bedding configuration and maximum capacity before booking.

While we cannot guarantee availability, we make every effort to ensure the guest’s request is fulfilled. Feel free to contact us before making a reservation, and we will confirm whether or not those are available. In any case,  the request has to be made in advance.

DIGITAL.LIFE

We are aware of the need for fast and reliable Internet and we have made sure to get it: every unit has its own Wi-Fi  connection, with an average speed of 500 mbps up&down.

We don’t have a co-working space on site, but several options are available nearby.

FACILITIES

We have a parking lot at the entrance that can be used free of cost by both cars and scooters

Pets are not accepted in any of the units. 

We don’t have a restaurant on-site, but there are many choices of restaurants and markets nearby. Feeling lazy? No problem; we offer room service from 8:00h to 18:00h, and there are dozens of restaurants that deliver food to Sand Terrace. Have a look [here]

Out of respect to all Sand Terrace guests, it is not allowed to organize any kind of party or event, at any time of the day.
